How to get started with your website and social media

Will you use a free gmail account (northstar@gmail.com, for example) for your business email or an email at your domain name (jessica@northstarwebdesigns.com, for example)? 

Emails at your domain name look extremely "official", and aliases can be set up for free. For example, you can pay for yourname@domain.com, but then set up an info alias, so customers can also email info@domain.com. Emails to both of these accounts would come to yourname@domain.com, but the customer would not know that. If you plan on emailing your customers often, I would definitely suggest a domain email.

Google Business is of utmost importance to get your website ranked on Google faster. To set this up, sign in to Google, then search for Google Business. Follow the prompts to set up your business. Make sure to add your logo, contact info, and any pictures you may have. Make sure to update it often with more pictures and posts.
